White smoke 1.9TDI BLS VW caddy my2006

After the timing belt failure I had to change the head. Now the car runs, but there is a lot of white smoke coming out of the exhaust. The antifreeze looks clear and also there is no antifreeze in the oil. Used the correct locking tools when changing the belt. Im out of ideas.

The car is VW caddy 2006 1.9TDI 77kw BLS
