Passat Syncro AFN 110 hp - Timing problem

    Hi everyone! The problem is, that the timing are too much in advance - more than 255. I try to retard it, but in the position, where must be 60-65, the pump won't to work. To have a normal start, the pump must be in too advance. I have error code 00550 - Start of injection regulation. I check everything - mark on flywheel, camshaft and IP, and it's ok! The crankshaft pulley and bolt are new... There something on timing belt pulley: the mark has moved for a while, then back again on the right position. I adjust it a several times, but is the same situation. With this timing, the car smoke very much, and the start are very hard. Please help!

    Try going advanced, after 255 it goes back to zero so you shouldn't need to advance it far to get in spec.
